The Project

The showroom was to be gutted and re-done completed with no space for staff to operate and continue selling vehicles, therefore temporary facilities were provided on-site to accommodate this. External works included replacing rotten timber, new aluminium windows, spray painting to others. Internal works included isolation and stripout to gas meter within Boiler Room. Raise floor heights to enlarge existing showroom footprint. New fire escape doors, larger DDA WC, new showroom ceiling, flooring, décor, HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, data.
