Externals:

A new Glazed Entrance Area for Visitors was created by making alterations to existing cladding and install curtain walling of size 5m x 6.5m with double Reception / Entrance doors. A new domed roof entrance canopy was manufactured and installed. Alterations to external front entrance to form a ramp. External steel cladding was cut into and to re-open previously 5n° previously concealed windows.

Internals:

Planning application and grant of permissions. An additional mezzanine floor of 60m² at 4m high was designed, manufactured and installed to extend onto existing one. Feature steel staircase included stainless steel balustrade with matching wall mounted handrails and glass infill panels. Jumbo firewall to segregate offices from warehouse with 5n° viewing windows at ground and first floor levels. Main Open Plan Offices were built for 18 persons at ground level, 24 persons at first level. Additional areas included Studio / Demo Room, Meeting Room, Boardroom with folding / moveable wall, A Samples / Assembly Room, Directors and Management Offices, Canteen / Kitchen / Breakout Area, Server Room. Build works included air-conditioning, fresh-air ventilation, electrics, lighting, fire alarm and data, décor, flooring.

A further mezzanine floor 216m² was designed, created and installed. Offices created. R&D and Production Areas, Canteen and Welfare Facilities. Solid and glass partitioning, fire-proofing works. NFR and FR windows, electrical, lighting, data, fire-alarm, new distribution board, plumbing, air-conditioning, ventilation and heating. Decorations and flooring.
