Breathe Safety Group specialises in services in relation to respiratory protective and confined space equipment. Founded in 2001 the company has grown from strength to strength offering products, training and services ensuring asset uptime and operator competence.

The Works

Following a recent premises move new Client, Breathe Safety Services quickly outgrew their current building and yard space prompting the need for another premises move. Relocating a business is no mean decision to undergo with multiple deciding factors to consider. For Breathe Safety Services, when a detached industrial building on Bournemouth Airport’s prestigious business park became available it was a relatively easy option from then on.

The Business Park boasts a selection of 10K – 150K sq ft of design and build opportunities, with both mixed-use space for existing buildings to new build. It is home to over 35 national and international businesses across multiple market sectors including aerospace and aviation related. Located on the edge of Bournemouth / Poole conurbation and adjacent to the Hampshire / Dorset border it is an excellent location to serve the needs of non-aviation occupiers besides those connected to the airport.

Cat A Fitout:

Cat A works via the Landlord included refurbished ground floor offices, 25 car parking spaces, 3-phase electrics, LED warehouse lighting, external cladding, 3 new electric loading doors and personnel doors, securely fenced and gated service yard.

Cat B Fitout:

The works included a mezzanine floor designed, created and installed, area size: 300m². Fitout works included Reception Area, six offices, Main Open-plan Office, Boardroom, Training rooms, Rest rooms and toilets.
