The Works:

Included removal and stripouts of Boy and Girl students washrooms complete, including a NLB wall to ‘open-up’ / enlarge the space to become more visible from the corridor. Some asbestos items were safely removed and disposed of. Installations included new suspended ceilings, new hygienic wall cladding, some stainless steel sanitaryware, SGL cubicles and duct sets. Mechanical, plumbing, heating and electrical. Lighting on PIR sensors to individual cubicles. Extraction and ductwork to serve each WC. Re-sited radiator, pipe-boxing, décor and flooring.
