External Works:

Windows were replaced, external cladding, other cladding redecorated. External signage replaced. A separate single-storey outbuilding demolished and RC apron works.

Internal Works:

Many asbestos items removed, redundant gas, compressed air, air extract systems and pipeworks, high-level lighting and electrical items stripped out along with boiler and boiler cupboard. Driver’s Breakout Area removed. Missing and damaged roof liner panels replaced. Blocking up of 2 external doorways, rebuilding other areas and creation of another opening. Cleaning to internal steel portal frame, internal walls and sprinkler system pipework. Floor grinding to approx 2700m² of area to level off, repairs, making good and re-paint with designated walkways. Full internal décor including steel columns and rafters. Replacing new fire escape doors. Office Areas also redecorated and replaced flooring with both soft and hard.
