Lush Ltd – A British cosmetics manufacturer

The Brief:

In the home-town of Poole, OC Projects Ltd was very pleased to secure project with new client: Lush Ltd. Works in the Perfume Factory to alter an existing mezzanine floor, remove a structural wall to create a Perfume Office and Smelling Booth.

The Challenge:

A manufacturing organisation meant there was no stopping to cease production to carry out these Business Critical Works. Alterations to a steel structure also meant this wasn’t a five-minute job. The Client allowed a momentary temporary halt in production with which accrued planning, scaffolding, ‘tenting-in’ and precision timing the works were completed within time and on-budget.
