External works:

Cut out 1n° external cavity opening for new GF office window. Change FF windows including coloured-glass. Spray-paint all curtain walling inside and out to client’s colour choice. Spray-paint all external cladding.

Internal works:

Reception / Entrance Area fitout: A lovely new black steel staircase was designed, manufactured and installed with Oak treads, mid-landing and black steel bar balustrading hand-bars both sides.

Office Fitout included: 4 Individual Offices created plus 2 Main Open-Plan Office Areas on both GF and FF, featuring frameless clear glass partitioning and glass doors in ‘Crittal effect’ with black powder-coated aluminium. Black laminate doors with ‘copper effect’ door furniture. Bespoke full-height storage wall units to the Main Open-plan Office Area. Graphics / Manifestations to the glass partitioning. Acoustic ceilings, décor and floorings throughout.
Boardroom Fitout included feature wallpaper, feature wall tiling and two-tone flooring with feature effect.

5 WC Fitouts to both GF and FF inc DDA and shower facility.

Teapoint / Kitchen fitout with wall and base units, splashbacks and luxury vinyl floor tiling.
