The Works:

Creating a wall opening in one of their Food Storage Warehouse Buildings to enable forklift access. Works included demolishing part of a structural wall, design, manufacture and installation of a new steel beam. Removals and making good to other non-load bearing walls. Construction of 1hr FR jumbo walling to segregate the warehouse units. Manufacture and installation of a fire shutter. Warehouse electrical and lighting alterations including electrical works to a Compressor, Blister switch and high-level lightings, relocation to the Distribution Board. Flooring alterations and making good.
