The works:

OC Projects Ltd were approached by new client Automeds Ltd to design and fitout interiors to their new acquired brand new industrial unit. The works included design, manufacture and installation of a mezzanine floor, 158m². The client requested planning permission for this which was also successfully obtained. Ground floor Internal fitouts included fire-proofing to the mezzanine, partitioning to create a Robot dispensary room, storage and new DDA facilities. First floor works included creation of Meeting and Training rooms, breakout, toilet and shower facilities. Services included HVAC, electrical, lighting and emergencies, fire alarm, extraction, underground drainage alterations.
