The Project:

Main School Hall Fitout

A large central stage with stairs leading to a first floor area and rooms either side was dismantled and removed. The large masonry wall separating the Sportshall and Main Hall was also demolished. New acoustic suspended ceiling installed at 5m height. Ducted air conditioning concealed above new ceiling. Full decoration. New energy efficient LED lighting as 600² dimmable light panels with remote login system access for large school events. New 11-section dividing wall at 4m high x 14m width including 2 single standard height ‘pass doors’ (see Gymnasium / Sportshall Fitout for further details). The elevated stage also covered a basement area approx 100m². This was infilled with steelwork and heavy timber joists. Level section of 67x21mm T&G HW flooring fitted to best match the Main Hall floor.
