The Brief

Temporary office accommodation was provided so Wincanton Nissan could continue trading throughout the refurbishment works. Stripout works included demolishing block walls, carpet removals, and Main Showroom floor removed. Floor preparation works swiftly followed with pumped screed. Floor chasing works for services with new floorboxes. New suspended ceilings to GF Parts, Service, Sales and New Sales offices. Nissan spec floor tiles to Showroom, WC lobby, WC and new corridor between new offices.

Spray painting to Main Showroom ceiling, internal and external showroom curtain walling and aluminium windows. Nissan spec wall tiling to two WC’s, decorations throughout. New underfloor cold water supplies for Customer coffee machine / refuel unit. HVAC works de-gassing of existing air conditioning units and fit new wall mounted air conditioning to first floor areas. Full height glass partitioning to new GF Sales and Service Areas offices and partitioning to stairs, walls and Parts Dept. WC and DDA WC fitouts. Nissan spec carpet tiles to Customer facing areas. Electrical works included stripout and installation of new LED lighting, emergencies and pendant lights. Supplies for external signage, single phase supplies for air conditioning.
