The Fitout:

The Building size: 12,500 sq ft, with a 225m² mezzanine floor for both storage and offices to ground floor and first floor was designed, created and built. Creation of a specialist Cold Room, Cold Storage, Offices, Admin areas, Meeting Room, Presentation Kitchen, Ambient Store, Warehouse and Operation Offices, Staff room, Welfare Facilities, Electrics Cupboard, Fire rating, Building Control Regulations.

The fitout works included partitioning, electrics, lighting, emergency lighting, warehouse lights, data, gas, plumbing, décor, flooring, raised floor platform for the future Presentation Kitchen. HVAC, extraction and air conditioning. Fire alarm. New external drainage was excavated and formed, cutting into existing tarmac to include a new inspection chamber and cast iron frame and cover.
