The Project:   

The scope of works were split into two phases to enable client to continue trading throughout duration  of the project.  Various workshop equipment removed included MOT ramps, rolling roads, exhaust and oil systems, power equipment prior to our commencement.  Works included demolishing workshop wall to enlarge car showroom space, new curtain walling and bi-parting vehicular and pedestrian glazed doors.  External cladding re-sprayed to new corporate identity colours. External overhead sectional steel doors, enlarging current Valet Bay door opening to 4 metres width and associated steelwork and windbracing to suit. Jumbo fire walls, glass office partitions.  New suspended ceiling and sprayed in new corporate identity colours.  Grind and Shotblast Workshop flooring preparations for new showroom floor tiles. Decorations, mechanical, electrical and HVAC.  Fire alarm, building control, planning permissions, other minor external builders and associated carpark works
