Hampshire Changing Facilities Fitout

OC Projects Ltd were very pleased to be chosen again as preferred partner working with existing client to refurbish, upgrade and fitout changing room facilities.

The Project:   

The works commenced with creating and building temporary external access ramp due to restricted internal access.  Demolition works included non-load bearing walls removal to enlarge area. Stripout works included plumbing, toilets, showers, sanitaryware, electrical.  Refurbishment and fitout works swiftly followed with installation of new MF ceilings, ventilation, plastering, full height hygienic wall cladding in various contrasting colourways for easy maintenance in lieu of wall tiles.  Electrical works as recessed LED circular light fittings, emergencies, DDA alarms and sounders. Cubicles, ductsets and doors in two tone contrasting colours.  Sanitary ware and Doc M suites. Full décor throughout, floor-levelling, woodplank effect slip resistant rated flooring.  Joinery and laminate faced doors.  Bespoke wall and floor mounted perimeter benching, coat hook rails, shoe racks.
