The Brief:

OC Projects Ltd were delighted to secure order to work with new client on refurbishment and fitout of student toilet facilities/

The Project:

The works included complete stripout of existing wall tiles, partitions that previously formed toilet cubicles, flooring and radiators.  Refurbishment works included new suspended ceiling, lighting and emergencies,  wall tiling, full decoration, two tone cubicles and duct sets.  Stainless steel and white china sanitaryware, new slip resistant flooring, electrical works, wall mirrors and accessories.

Testimonial:

A very tidy job completed.  Communication at every level was good. Any minor problems were sorted out in an efficient and timely manner. We hope to win an Academy bid for future works and will recommend you.
