The Brief:

OC Projects Ltd were very pleased to be chosen again as preferred partner working with existing client to refurbish, upgrade and fitout toilets, showers, Hydrotherapy and changing room facilities

The Project:   

The works commenced with enlarging footprint layout area safe removal of existing Voyager 420 ceiling lift.  Also removal of old redundant Incomaster. Stripout works included plumbing, toilets, showers, sanitaryware, electrical, breaking up of old quarry floor tiles, hacking off of plastic sheeting around beds, ceiling and ventilation grilles, shower curtain, tracks and poles.  Refurbishment and fitout works included MF ceilings and ceiling mounted ventilation grilles, plastering, enamel coated ceiling hatches, full height hygienic wall cladding in 3 contrasting colours, 20 watt LED round light fittings and emergencies, chrome shower accessories and TMV’s.  Full décor throughout, dark grey contrast slip resistant rated flooring.  Removal and new installation of Doc M pack suite including rear back wall in hygienic wall cladding in contrasting feature wall colour. Perimeter benching and coat hook rails, exposed chrome pipework,

The transformation and results were incredible!  A modern bright vibrant colour ways used to create a cheerful stunning environment for all to enjoy.
