The Brief:

Office Concepts were delighted to win tender for new client Weymouth College to refurbish and fitout existing Health & Beauty Departments

The Project:

Works included complete stripout of all existing suspended ceiling, lighting, electrics; various non-loading walls were removed to enlarge new teaching space.  Exposed ceiling, ducts and pipeworks was sprayed in colour black.  Full decoration throughout and feature walls. Bespoke joinery for perimeter units.  Installation of hair styling sinks and associated plumbing.  Floor preparation works, new slip resistant flooring and wall tiles.  Various new internal doors, signage and way-finding signs.  Other works included worktops and shelving to Art & Textiles Departments and refitting accessories in new Hair & Beauty salons.
