The Brief:       

Following successful tender bid Office Concepts were delighted to be awarded the contract to upgrade the Salisbury site of the Wiltshire College campuses.  The project was intense and to a tight programme during the summer season in student absence.  The works involved upgrading multiple teaching spaces spread over 4 floors with both internal and external works.  One of the main area conversions was to create a new teaching Hair & Beauty salon to offer as an additional practical course to students

The Project:

Works included full stripout of suspended ceilings, partitions, doors, electrical, lighting, plumbing, joinery items, window blinds. Refurbishment and fitout works included new suspended ceilings, new LED lighting and emergencies, electrical, power, data, dado trunking, plumbing and sanitaryware, carpeting and vinyl floor coverings.  Fire doors, full decoration works to required areas, window blinds throughout.
