Canteen and Washroom Refurbishment Andover

OC Projects Ltd was delighted to continue working with existing client to refurbish and fitout the Canteen and Toilet Facilities.

The Challenge:

The client is a food manufacturer and supplier.  Therefore stringent QMS applied with high hygiene standards, codes and methods of practise.  Careful planning and considerations were significant in the early stages to minimise daily manufacturing disruption and activities.

The Project:

Isolations and stripout works included lighting, electrics, power, heaters and radiators, plumbing, ceilings and flooring.  Installation works included new suspended ceilings, air conditioning with ceiling mounted cassettes. LED recessed downlighters on PIR controllers.  Coloured feature pendant lights above breakfast bar. Surface and recess emergency lighting.  Electrical works included 3 compartment dado trunking and spurs.  Canteen fitout included wall, base and drawer units, integral appliances, worktops in luxury quartz with breakfast bar and bespoke supporting framework.  Countertop waste chutes, instant hot water tap and drainer.  Coloured splashbacks.  Full decoration throughout area, new luxury vinyl sheet woodplank strip flooring, new firedoors.  DDA toilet fitout included most as above, Doc M pack and sanitary ware, creation of a new electrics cupboard and access door, wall tiling, slip resistant vinyl flooring.
