The Project:

Refurbishment and fitout of an old Canteen area on first floor to create a Development Laboratory. Works included removal of ceiling, lighting electrical, old Crittal framed external windows, fire doors, heaters, fume cupboard removal. Fitout works include: install of new external aluminium windows, new suspended ceiling, compressed air, partitioning, double wood veneered doors. New LED lighting and emergencies, new surface dado trunking.  Electrical include: single and 3-phase for wash machine and fume cabinet. Fire alarm modifications, Removal of old PA speaker and fit with new.  Decorating works. New safety vinyl flooring. Plumbing works to include new s/steel sink and tap for demin water.  Air conditioning with heat, cool and fresh air system. New fire doors.
