OC Projects Ltd were pleased to work with existing client to refurbish and fitout an industrial unit ahead of them moving in.

The Project:     

Suspended ceiling with 600² lighting, Demountable aluminium partitioning, timber stairs with fire enclosure, DDA compliant, 1 hour FR Jumbo stud partitioning, Air conditioning, power, data, carpet tiling and fire doors.  Complete floor joist strengthening with services diversions.  New first floor office fitout over existing ground floor offices.  Office furniture including Boardroom table and Meeting Chairs.  Structural Engineer services and Building Control application, approval and sign-off.
