Office Concepts was very pleased to secure order with new client to upgrade industrial unit and offices.  Two mezzanine floors designed, created and built.  10 New Offices and full office fitout created.  Building Control obtained and certification sign-off.

The Project:

Complete strip out of existing steel partitions, old mezzanine and fixtures, fittings. Ten new offices, meeting rooms and circulation over 350 sq m created.  Personnel department built for 40 staff.  120mm jumbo stud wall to segregate open plan area to new first floor offices with fire ratings.  100mm fully insulated aluminium demountable half glazed office partitions installed with integral blinds for privacy.  New suspended ceiling above and below mezzanines with fire ratings.  Full decoration throughout works areas.  Oak veneered doors.  Lighting with modular flush, Cat2 diffusers and emergencies.  Electrics including 3-compartment dado trunking.  Flooring including slip resistant vinyls, 12mm laminated light oak flooring and antistatic carpet tiling to various areas.  Air conditioning as ceiling and wall mounted cassettes and external condenser units.  New steel staircase with two sided black powder coated handrailing, stair carpet and stainless nosings.  Office furniture including bespoke floor-to-ceiling storage units to directors and senior management offices. New DDA WC formed to comply with current legislations with alarm and safety flooring.  New Reception Area created with non-load bearing walls removed to enlarge space.  Bespoke reception desk to sit two staff and visitor chairs.  Bespoke entrance mat with client’s corporate signage and graphics.
