The Project:           

Design, manufacture and install mezzanine floor extending onto an existing mezzanine floor in warehouse area. Install suspended ceilings, LED lighting and emergencies underneath and providing fire protection rating. Fire walls created and built above mezzanine to form first floor offices segregating the first floor offices from warehouse and production areas. Acoustics, sound proofing, fire rated windows manufactured and installed into first floor offices.  Works also included HVAC systems, plastering, full decoration throughout. Electrical, distribution network, power and structured data to both ground and first floor works.  Various types flooring to all offices, kitchen and assembly areas. Internal single and double doors to both ground and first floors.  Electrical upgrade to 3x72way distribution boards encased in fire-stopping cupboards. Supply and install compressed airsystem to complete production facility.  Plumbing to serve stainless steel trough sinks facilities.
