A family business with over 30 years of experience who have grown beyond recognition since humble beginnings.  FTH Hire Group hires tools, plant and equipment to the construction industry and general public.  The range includes everything from drills to cement mixers, MEWP’s, and 8 tonne diggers.  Moved to current premises in Invincible Road, Farnborough and Hampshire, also opened branches in Farnham and Guildford, Surrey.   Recently re-branded to FTH Hire Group to reflect the company growth and vision for the future.

The Brief:

OC Projects Ltd was very pleased to secure order with new client to refurbish and fitout their first floor offices at two storey Head Quarters locations in Farnborough, Hampshire.  Works were split into two phases so client could continue operating throughout.

The Project:

Works included complete stripout of all existing suspended ceilings, lighting, electrics, existing office partitions, radiators, heating and window blinds. The main office was enlarged to become an open space. Various solid and glass partitioned offices created and built with glass and wood veneered doors.  A new Boardroom and two Meeting Rooms were also built in glass partitions with full height glass doors.   Manifestations were applied to glass partitions to client’s corporate identity and specification standards.  New open plan Canteen wall formed with wall graphics.  New LED lighting and emergencies, electrical works included power, data and cabling. Wall and ceiling mounted air conditioning, full decoration throughout. New office, kitchen, stairs and feature flooring.  New window blinds.
