Founded in Germany in 1969 as Paul Horn GmbH the organisation grew rapidly throughout the final quarter of the 20^th century with networks in France, the UK and the USA.  Horn Cutting Tools Ltd is a Europe leading supplier and world leader in precision grooving technology now active in 70 countries.  A manufacturer and distributor of high precision tools with a strong presence in aerospace, defence, off-highway, precision engineering and oil industry supply sectors.

The Brief:

OC Projects Ltd was delighted to secure contract with new client to fully refurbish and fitout their two storey office and manufacturing building to high specification.

The Project:

Works included enlarged Reception Area with new solid ash staircase with stainless steel and glass balustrade.  Feature wall lights.  White dual height angled reception desk.  Porcelain floor tiles, full height angled fire rated glass partitioning with blue LED ceiling mounted downlighters to compliment. Ground floor office fitout throughout with new concealed wood-plank suspended ceiling, recessed LED lighting and emergencies.  Bespoke built-in floor-to-ceiling storage units, mechanical and electrical, HVAC and data.  New office furniture as bench desking with cable management, mesh office chairs, storage, pedestals, wood veneer boardroom table and leather meeting chairs.  New canteen and bespoke canteen furniture.  Feature flooring.  New toilet and washroom fitout for both staff and visitors with pelmet light box details.  First floor works included creation of new Boardroom and glass partitioning. Warehouse works included design and installation of mezzanine floor extension to existing with overhead yellow goods gate.
