The Summary:

OC Projects Ltd was very pleased to be chosen as preferred contractor to work with new client to refurbish and fitout their Washroom and toilet facilities. Following successful fitout of this stage, we were delighted to be again chosen to continue working with existing client to fitout their Canteen and Breakout area facilities.

Washroom and Toilet Facilities included:

Complete removal and fitout of ceilings, lighting, electrical, plumbing, sanitaryware, décor and flooring. The client opted for dual colour cubicles with contrasting doors, duct sets, vanity units and feature walls to enhance the areas. Black coloured vanity units, upstands and same coloured splashbacks to compliment.

The Project:

Canteen and Breakout

Following complete stripout and enlargement of the area, a fully operational kitchen with integral appliances, oven, induction hot, boiling hot water tap and dishwasher was installed. Power, electrics with spurs and stainless steel faceplates. Black gloss canteen wall and base units with stainless steel extraction hood. A shaped Bartop for staff to sit and relax at was also designed, created and built. Lighting included feature LED’s, under-cupboard and base unit strip lights with feature pendant lights above angled bartop. Two-tone flooring wood-effect vinyl flooring with feature angle cut carpet tile to compliment soft seating Breakout Area. Canteen and Breakout furniture as table, chairs, soft seating and angled sofa.
