OC Projects Ltd was delighted to work with new client to refurbish and fitout their existing workplace.  Works included ground and first floor offices, meeting rooms, toilet facilities, ground floor Reception, toilets and entrance area.  Minor builders works to suit new external entrance layout.

The Project:

Works included dismantling existing curved partitioning to create new 2 Kitchens. Stripping out of old electrics, air conditioning, ceiling and flooring.  New meeting room fitout works included new suspended ceiling with LED lighting and emergencies, electrics, power and data trunking.  Design and manufacture bespoke internal folding partition to enlarge or reduce office space for meetings and events where needed.  Ceiling mounted projector and screens.  Upgrade works to senior management and executive offices

Full decoration and flooring throughout.

Ground and First Floor toilets including stripout of all existing.  Installation of new suspended ceiling, lighting and LED’s electrical, data, décor, cubicles, sanitaryware, plumbing, splashbacks, PVC cladding, boxing, flooring, window blinds, accessories. Reception area included partitioning, doors, lighting, electrical, data, power, air conditioning, décor, subfloor preparation works for new Airlock entrance doors including breaking out and excavation new Airlock entrance under existing canopy with external aluminium double doors, flooring and entrance matting
