Always consider health and safety whilst undertaking dilapidations works on your sites/premises and that you as Client under the current CDM 2015 regulations understand your legal responsibilities too for these works.  Confirm that any organisation you appoint or choose to do these works to have the correct qualifications, accreditations, skills, training and experience both as Principal Designer and Principal Contractor and they are advise you in writing of your legal duties in accordance with CDM Regulations 2015.
