The Brief:

Office Concepts were delighted to secure order with new client and their business expansion plans of opening up and fitting out of new branches in new high street locations.

The Project:

The works included complete stripout of all old suspended ceilings, flooring, previous tenant fixtures  and fittings.  New suspended ceiling throughout, new LED lighting and emergencies. Dry lining to all perimeter walls.  Air conditioning, fresh air system and full decoration throughout. Electrical and complete re-wire.  Cat 5e data cabling, patch panel and fibre link.  Installation of DDA compliant toilet facilities.  Installation of staff Teapoint and relaxation areas.  Floor levelling and preparation works with new carpeting and vinyl to appropriate areas. Office and glass partitions with safety glass and integral blinds for privacy to local Branch Manager new office and new Meeting Room.  New office furniture desks, task and visitor chairs, meeting room table and meeting room chairs.
