Providing service of behalf of the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) across the UK. Escorting personnel securely and efficiently between custody, courts and secure centres. Client was vacating premises due to end of lease, hence dilapidation works were carried out in lieu of cash settlement.
The Project:
Erect temporary internal safety netting in warehouse. External works included safe removal of old external R22 redundant air conditioning units. Service and lubrications to roller shutter door. High level warehouse light fitting replacements to failed units. Gutter cleaning of moss and debris. Removal of Cat B / tenancy demountable office partitions, installation of new suspended ceilings and teapoint. Electrical re-instatements, testing and commissions for landlord approval. Hacking off of old and loose plaster. Apply new two coat smooth plaster ready for decorations. Plaster patch repair works elsewhere. Full decoration throughout, Easing, adjusting windows and doors to both floors. Generally making good. Deep cleaning of carpets, glazing, flooring and toilet facilities. Making good to sealants in kitchen and toilet areas. Replacement of entrance door barrier matting.
