Providing service of behalf of the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) across the UK. Escorting personnel securely and efficiently between custody, courts and secure centres. Client was vacating premises due to end of lease, hence dilapidation works were carried out across 3 floors of office building in lieu of cash settlement.
The Project:
Obtain in writing local council permission permit for erecting temporary safe scaffolding to all outside areas of building on local high street pedestrian precinct. Removal of Cat B / tenancy demountable office partitions, some replacement suspended ceiling tiles matching remainders as best possible. Electrical re-instatements, testing and commissions for landlord approval. Hacking off of old and loose plaster and making good ready for decorations. Removal of all old window blinds, making good to any supporting surfaces. Full decoration throughout. Easing, adjusting and lubrications to all external windows, external and internal doors across all floors. Removal of any clients fixtures, fittings and signage. Generally making good. Cleaning up of all brassware and stair nosings installation of replacements where necessary. Deep cleaning of carpets, windows, internal glazing, flooring and toilet facilities. Legionella, water testing and commissioning. Making good to sealants in Teapoints and toilet areas on all floors. Replacement of fire door signage where missing or damaged.
