The Project:   

OC Projects Ltd was very pleased to secure contracts with a new client to create, design, upgrade and fitout their Canteen and well-being facilities.  Spread across four floors in a prestigious office building near Bournemouth town centre and main rail-links.  Works included complete stripout of old floor to ceiling fixtures, fitting and infrastructure.  Install new Canteens, Kitchenettes and Teapoints including energy efficient lighting and pendants, feature walls, appliances, furniture and soft seating to compliment.  The client opted for alternate colour choices per floor to designate each department with its new refurbished bright modern and cheerful areas.
