The Brief:

OC Projects Ltd were delighted to secure order with new client to fitout, refurbish and upgrade their main UK two storey office headquarters.

The Project:

Non-load bearing openings created and built to enlarge main open plan office areas. Doorways widened and nine full height glass partitioned offices created, designed built.  Full height wood veneered doors and glass vision panels, acoustic rating and integral privacy blinds. New suspended ceiling, LED lighting and emergencies. Electrical works to include fire alarm, telephone, extraction, ventilation, floorboxes, fire call points and smoke detectors. Air conditioning with both ceiling and wall mounted cassettes.  Boardroom with boardroom table, meeting chairs, credenza unit and display unit with clear glass and lighting. Breakout areas, kitchenettes, canteen bars and canteen furniture to include hi-bar stools. Toilet facilities fitouts including cubicles, vanities, wall tiling, ventilation and panel heaters. Full decoration throughout, slip resistant vinyl flooring and carpeting.  Eight built-in full height storage cupboards.  New executive wood veneered office furniture including desking, meeting ends, storage cupboards, coffee tables, visitor chairs and executive leather office chairs.  Warehouse works included: data and lighting, new external Reception entrance doors, new external windows to first floor level.  Building Regulations application, approval and certification sign-off.
